Aaron H. Bible,
Yoga Instructor, Coach, Travel Advisor, Advocate, Lifestyle Maintenance Technician
Aaron came to yoga more than twenty years ago and left his first class convinced it wasn’t for him. That turned out to be wrong. Over the years — through sports injuries, back and shoulder surgeries, life transitions, and a lot of time spent in wild places — yoga kept showing up as the thing that actually worked. Not as a fix, but as a foundation. Strength, breath, steadiness, awareness. What you build on the mat carries into everything else.
He teaches Vinyasa: flowing, breath-led sequences that emphasize stability and presence over performance. His approach draws intentionally from Buddhist and Taoist philosophies — the cultivation of awareness, the practice of non-striving, the understanding that clarity and strength emerge from stillness as much as effort. Not doctrine, but tools. The goal, as he sees it, is to help people achieve and maintain the highest, best version of themselves — on the mat and off it. He’s been shaped as much by decades of skiing, cycling, paddling, and spending time outdoors as by any formal training. That probably shows.
Aaron holds a BA in Technical Journalism from Colorado State University and an MFA in Documentary Photography from SCAD. He has taught college-level coursework, skiing, cycling, and fitness, and has spent three decades mentoring people in journalism and the creative arts. Teaching has always been part of the work. He lives in Colorado Springs with his wife and two daughters, and carries a yoga mat everywhere he goes.
