Breath Leads Movement

 

Aaron is a yoga teacher (RYT-200) with two decades of experience in movement, fitness, and human performance. Aaron teaches breath-led Vinyasa and mindfulness with a background in storytelling, outdoor sports, and creative leadership, emphasizing resilience, awareness, and accessibility in every class.

Aaron has taught yoga, Spinning, boxing, and core classes, served as a collegiate photography professor, and worked as a ski instructor and EMT, inspiring thousands of people to get outdoors and improve their lives. His teachings draw from his training at Cambio Yoga, from a life of outdoor adventure, journalism, and art, and are consistently informed by music and meditation, with an emphasis on community, self-empowerment, and lifelong learning. He is the co-founder of the Sharktooth Cycling Foundation.
