Aaron H. Bible
Aaron came to yoga more than 20 years ago and left his first class convinced it wasn’t for him. That turned out to be very wrong. Over the years — through sports injuries, back and shoulder surgeries, life transitions, and a lot of time spent in wild places — yoga kept showing up as the thing that actually worked. Not as a fix, but as a foundation. Strength, breath, steadiness, awareness. What you build on the mat carries with you into everything else.
Aaron holds a BA in Technical Journalism from Colorado State University and an MFA in Documentary Photography from SCAD. He has taught college-level coursework, all types of skiing, and fitness training, and has spent decades mentoring people in journalism and the creative arts. Teaching, and being a lifelong student, has always been part of the work. He lives in Colorado Springs with his wife and two daughters, and carries a yoga mat everywhere he goes.
